California is suing Big Oil for deceiving the public on how their fossil fuels contributed to climate change.

Hmm, could this lead to "discovery "? How will the oil companies defend themselves? They need data and facts. Do we suddenly have facts defined and set precedence for future "climate change" court cases? I'm not holding my breath but wouldn't that be nice.
