Albuquerque Mayor Tim Keller responded to Gov. Grisham's amended order by explaining the city enacted the same gun ban three years ago.

Exactly, and why the charge for violation of rights under color of law needs to be applied even if they drop their BS. Because it was active for a period if time and or years.
