One ship captain allowed porn night friday night. There were orgies and some women complained . It ended up in the media.

Then there was Joe Biden's Navy detail for his DE home, that he requested female and continued to walk around naked in front of them, swimming etc. That ended up in the media too! They're pretty much told shut up or lose rank.
