FDA Refuses to Change Anti-Ivermectin Statements After Court Ruling

Anti-ivermectin statements made by the FDA are not being changed, even after an appeals court ruled against the agency.

Remanded back to the District court. Basically the FDA hasn't lost their case yet. So they don't need to take it down. FDA did remove a Q&A answer ing NO to a question about whether or not Ivermectin should be used to treat wuflu. This will probably end up in the Supreme Court, judging by what this article states.
