Not staring because it's cute. Staring because it's unbelievably awful and trying not to laugh. Is that a real woman? Since many women have become overweight and characters of women. Is that a man who is dressed like a woman? Because they do that too. My standard is "what would little house on the prairie think or do?" and my guess is stare, then destroy it and run it out of town.
