This is a list of the Covid cocktail my doctor advises (she is not pro vax). Also, the Paxlovid , in individual cases, can cause worse side effects than the actual virus. She does not think that Covid is a hoax, she believes it exists, but she says the vaccine does nothing, repeat nothing, to avoid it. Common sense , what you would do when a bad cold or flu that is going around, is all that is needed. I take these pills and supplements daily, as I have an immune disorder due to Lyme, but it works for anyone and there is no prescription needed. I get my supplements from Life Extension, once you start ordering, there are coupons, and they have sales all the time.
H1 blocker twice daily Claritin or Allegra, get the 12 hour kind. Take every 12 hrs.
Famotidine 20 mg twice daily (40 mg twice daily if you take it already)
CoQ-10 100 mg twice daily (200 mg twice daily if you take it already)
Quercetin 250 mg twice daily (500 mg twice daily if you take it already)
Melatonin 1-3 mg at bedtime
Vitamin C 500 mg twice daily
NAC 600 mg twice daily
Methylfolate 15 mg daily
Magnesium (avoid magnesium oxide due to GI side effects; choose magnesium citrate if you are constipated otherwise choose any of the above magnesium options)
Vitamin D

Famotidine is OTC as Pepcid AC, I take something called Magnesium L-Threonate, it is a brain fog fixer, and easily absorbed. Quercitin should be taken on an empty stomach, 1/2 hr after eating or 15 minutes before eating, I take it along with my Allegra and Pepcid, it really boosts the histamine control. I also take a B complex, Barleans fish oil, and Ashwhaghanda as an anti stress remedy, as stress really does a number on your immune system. 50mg of zinc but do not take zinc with iron or calcium. I also take selenium with Vit E along with the zinc. Do take zinc with food, as it can upset your stomach. NAC should also be taken on an empty tummy. Good Health to you and God Bless!
