I agree with you because those that are still asleep and not awake for lack of clear, logical, factual, science based evidence or truth that they have been exposed to. No matter how much hard evidence they see, they are unwilling, unable to admit anything outside of the current world view.

This particular explanation of cognitive dissonance relates to why people are unable to reconsider that our government played a role in 911 demolition, but is relevant those who will not/cannot awaken to other lies. One of the best explanations I have seen.
