I dont believe Canada or Canadians did this. Words matter. The government of Canada... Canadian courts... or Trudeau henchman would be suitable. The same way Americans didn't send billions and weapons to Ukraine (first off America includes Canada and Peru and everything in between because America is a hemisphere) The USA government sent billions and weapons to prolong the killing and suffering. I had nothing to do with it. Biden and Putin are the ones who should be out there trying to kill each other, Not Ukrainians or Russian Citizens.
