This would work hand in hand with my idea:

Help Wanted: Border patrol, 10 mile allotment, rednecks with own pickup (must run). Salary in barter: bullets, beer, and gas. Minimum 8 hr shift. Bonuses available upon proof of repelling invaders. No degree needed, drivers license required.
