Playbook known. They use the rape accusation play because they know it will resonate with the 50% plus female voting block and a good percentage of the male voters as well - I'm not too sure how it plays with the "other" genders because I ain't bat-shit crazy. Discredit the messenger, discredit the message. Good on Rumble for standing their ground and keeping RB on the air - their stock took a hit this week (down like 12%) but I think standing for free speech and providing a platform where "innocent until proven guilty" still applies will do them (RUM) well moving forward.
I don't agree with your statistics.
I think a majority of the population is sick of the false accusations - especially decades old.
To me, the fair thing would be false accusations carry the same penalty as rape.
I disagree with your disagreement, so there. I said "resonate" - not that they would automatically agree with it but they'll pay attention to it. Accuse RB of insider trading and MOST people would not give a crap or even remember hearing about it - accuse him of rape and the suspicion of him being a rapist will hang over him for the rest of his life with a certain percentage of people, no matter how false the accusation is proven to be.
