What would be perfect justice is White Hats foiling the plan. Using the broadcast to state 'My Fellow Americans' then explaining the 'intended' act which would have harmed Americans was disabled and the planners have been arrested.
So us without cell-phone or radio or tv - won't get that message? :)
There's no guarentee or even possible that ever person would get that message by any format.
