He'd be 111 in 2000. If chelsea ~~clinton~~ Hubbell was born in 1980 and Clinton is fully grey in this picture, it's got to be about 2000 or afterward... The old guy in the pic is NOT 111 yrs old.

Shitler is dead as a doornail and has been for DECADES.
