A big chunk of that is coming from the democrat minority base. Also in 2020 they used up at least 94% of all the registered voters. Not much lead way. Especially with the voter roll cleanup efforts going on. That’s why the PA governor is trying to make everyone with a drivers license automatically a registered voter; even illegals.
