Regarding #8, I talked with the brother of an in law this past week. His son (late teens, early 20s), is going through cancer treatment (blood cancer?). We started talking about nutrition, and it sounds like the son is being told to stop eating processed sugar, and eat more lettuce (which I took to mean, eat more fiber). I think both of those suggestions are good. What’s sad though, is that we (as a people) have put convenience ahead of health, and justified it by supporting and defending the people and corporations that push junk food on us. This has to stop if people want to get healthy.
