A book I read once claimed that one reason Germany went to war was because they’d been agrarian so much longer than the rest of Europe.

Your statement reminded me of Jefferson’s quotes supporting us being a moral and agrarian people, and somehow the two ideas connected.

The biggest victims of WWII that I know of were the Russian people, but Germany was supposedly destroyed as well.

What were Germany’s laws and morals and lifestyles like before the Prussians took over? How many times has this crap happened?
