They use race mixing to get groups to fight each other.

Ones (singular) consent to any suggested group (plural) implies wanting or not wanting to be part of the group, which in return shapes the want vs not want conflict of reason.

Suggestion (want or not want aka imbalance) tempts one (free will of choice) to ignore perception (need/want aka balance)...one needs to resist want.
