Maybe, possibly, years back when Trump came out here (CA) to talk about the wildfires/droughts Newsom was forced into a deal. It was a strange press conference but what happened prior or even after is the bigger question.

Didn’t Q say “deals need to be cut” or something to that extent. My theory is Newsom is playing a roll and paying the price for being “installed” as Governor of California. If this is the case, the twists and turns this movie is taking is completely unexpected.
