I wish I had something more intelligent to say about this.
Heh, I threw out a bunch of statements without much evidence, coupled with a whole lot of speculation. I left out about 99% of the evidence I have to support the argument without any real indication of what that evidence is. I can't imagine a much better response after I throw pretty much everything plus the kitchen sink at you. If your head isn't spinning after that barrage, I haven't properly done my job. :)
The Scythian/Tartarian rabbit hole is a fascinating investigation if you want to dig in. No one else I have found has really done it, so you really need to dig into the primary evidence itself. I looked at all the "different" civilizations of the regions through time and the archeological evidence of them. Many of my conclusions of them being the same Empire comes from the sameness of all the presented evidence. In many cases the descriptions of the "different nations" are almost copypasta with a different name in the title. Some of the archeologists and/or writers do say something like, "Hey, wait a minute, maybe these are the same people," though some seem to say, "Even though these look like the exact same people, there is no evidence that they are the same." This usually comes right after they present a ton of evidence that suggests they are the same. The most amazing part of this rabbit hole is all the gaslighting used to guide the path. Some of the gaslighting is obviously intentional, with direct connections to the Soviet Government or the Rockefeller Foundation, some of it is I think unintentional; a part of the training of "assume separation until everyone agrees otherwise," which is a whole other can of education fuckery worms.
