Plenty of Deep State types in the Philippines. Masonic Lodges as well. The Cabal's faction recently tried to have Refugee Muslims immigrate there...Duterte is out of office. Bongbong Marcos is President (Federal Party of the Philippines), Sara Duterte is VP (Hugpong ng Pagbabago (Her own Party)). I'm not sure which is Cabal and which is not. Politics are very dangerous there. Her father was not a fan of Obama, so I'm going to say she is White Hat, but who knows?
The VP and P of the Philippines are often not of the same party. Senators are voted in at large in a Nationwide election.
Sara's father had some success with extrajudicial killings of the drug cartel as President. They call that salvaging... When he was the Mayor of Davao he strictly enforced the laws and was rumored to have hurt his back in a hands on enforcement which he often took part in. Some controversy surrounding street urchins being killed etc...He gave substantial salary increases to teachers, police, and the military. Duterte was very popular.
My wife told me Bongbong's father had a feeding program for kids that she remembered as a school kid.
During the last big election my wife's family were tempted to take 'rain' from both sides of the Provincial and City political scene. Very dangerous and they didn't do it. Being bribed to vote one way or the other is rampant. Often they vote whomever is willing to give the most "rain"
