In the comments someone claimed these are votes to end debate, not to send the money. I don't know the truth of that.

The truth will come out. I think it's to send money. They all funnel money to Ukraine. Until recently, Ukraine was a bleep in the radar of the world. Now, it's all about Ukraine.
