What if McCarthy is in on it as well, and coordinated his information drop with the NY judge and AG?

Today is republican debate day 2. Maybe the establishment wanted the master debaters (kek) to focus on Trump's case the entire debate.

It will also flood the news with "Trump is bad" stuff - giving time for the RINOs to push Ukraine money and a CR chock full of pork to Biden's desk.

It could also save McCarthy from a vote to vacate the chair.

I wonder if there are ties between McCarthy and this judge and/or the NY AG?
