Amin al-Husseini indeed had great influence over Hitler, it seems, and was opposed to allowing Jews to go to Palestine. Here is a picture of him with Waffen SS.

I also came across this book: Did Zionism Cause the Holocaust? A New Biography Says Yes.

BTW, this is not the first time Netanyahu has made this claim
