This translates to cutting-off all their US tax-payers' dollars for their money laundering schemes under the guise of 'foreign aid'. And also all these 'special interest group' fake charities, ngo's and nonsensical corporations/companies like Planned Parenthood that operates their abortion based clinics under the guise of 'Women's Health Care'.

Trump says he'll cut the funding, just like he did with the fake Paris Climate Accord. He knew it was just another manufactured cause to launder US tax-payers' $$$s!!
