I have watched Louis’ channel over the last couple years. He was an owner of a computer repair shop in Manhattan. I am not sure if he still does or not but he really cuts through the bullshit when calling out corruption and basic unfair business practices that he comes across. It’s got to be tough as a small business owner in NYC.
