Didn't Matt Gaetz have the laptop contents entered into the congressional record? If I remember correctly he held up a flash drive when he requested it be entered. Saw palpable panic when he did. They had no reason to object.

This puts them in a pickle. The repair guy is on record saying he made three copies of the hard drive.
