On the one hand, the guy was being accosted and pushed around by several people but it seems like they were only trying to take his hat.
However, At the moment of the shooting they had seemingly let him go after taking his hat at which point with a low wall between him and the assailants and seemingly none else pursuing him (noone else in frame), he draws his weapon and without warning fires at someone ... do people deserve to be shot for stealing a hat?
The clip is quite short, who knows what was really going on but Im not so sure i like ANY of what im seeing here, but wtf do i know, I'm not a lawyer.
