Possible faraday and powering off won't block eas

Video suggesting that signal was tested and that nothing blocks the eas. Turning it off, faraday cage, putting in microwave won't stop.

Hmmm, nothing can stop what's coming? Not sure what to make of it. Just passing along the video.
