It’s an illusion perpetuated by passive compliance. Simply say no thank you, actually today I said “l’m good, don’t need that, you can turn the camera off”….Well, son-of-a-bitch, he looked at my ID and waived me through.

Wish I had known that a month ago.

Actually, I didn't even know they were doing that a month ago. It was brand new at my airport on my most recent trip.
