Way Back Before the COV-ID firings I worked at a place where "snorkeling" was a term used to describe a person or activity operating just below the surface of the "water". It would only pop up and become "visible" when the conditions were right.

Looks like the conditions are right. No "goggles" needed, and dressed in white as well.
