The truth is they don't need your phone to get to you. The electrical grid along with smart meters is a far more dangerous apparatus to be frank. Electrical wiring runs through your entire house. A frequency can be generated by your smart meter that can disrupt your biological rhythm. Just plain fact. Freaking out about a EAS test is unwarranted. The fact that their telling everyone it's coming, the anticipation and mind fuck it's doing to people is par for the course. Trust in the fact that when their gonna do some crazy shit they're certainly NOT going to tell anyone in advance.
