This piece of garbage just sails off into the sunset, unscathed, and free as a fucking bird. He should be charged and tried under the uniform code of military justice (UCMJ), and convicted. Remove those four stars, ribbons, and that fucking smirk off of his face while were at it, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, dishonorable discharge, and sentenced to hard labor for term of his natural filthy fucking life!
