Trump does not mean a mom shoplifting a tub of baby formula or a lipstick for an interview. He is not talking about kids stealing sandwiches to eat as soon as they run away safe.

He is talking about armed scumbags who endanger, hurt, or kill employees and customers, destroy our economy, put our right to bear arms at risk, and encourage division by skin color
