When POTUS was elected it was to the United States corporation. Now that the corporation has been severed from the United States of America, technically, POTUS has not been a president. This will allow him to run for two terms or more. As the two term limit was established under the corporation constitution. Just my thoughts.

This is the way I understand it: The Republic of the United States does NOT have term limits on the presidency. The 22 amendment of the constitution initiated Presidential term limits. The Republic of the united States does NOT have a 22nd amendment to the 1789 constitution.
