I've been hearing lots of discussion in regards to it and was interesting and hearing people's thoughts on it. I've been seeing theories related to 5G, nanoparticles, vaccines, you name it. Really want to get the truth of this whole ordeal.

There was a test of the WEA system which also went to all carriers that are participating (same criteria as this upcoming one) in 2018: https://www.fema.gov/press-release/20230425/nationwide-test-emergency-alert-system-be-conducted-september-20-2018

As I said to a couple of replies, myself and my entire family never got that alert. In fact, I have never received an EBS alert on any of my devices. So I really don't know what to say.
