I've been hearing lots of discussion in regards to it and was interesting and hearing people's thoughts on it. I've been seeing theories related to 5G, nanoparticles, vaccines, you name it. Really want to get the truth of this whole ordeal.

october is emergency preparedness month. i work for my local city and we always emphasize prepping and simulate an emergency every year in october. it is usually earthquakes since i'm in california.
It's actually September, and it's only been a thing since 2021. This isn't a "normal" thing. The federal government has no business doing this.
Your state participates so they can get federal grant money.
ur correct about the month, but where i live they do it in october. (local thing).
ofc they have the right to test their own infrastructure though. they invested all that taxpayer $ into building it out, it is actually a good thing that they are testing its efficiency.
i am not naive that this could be annoying and potentially nefarious. but IF* it is a legitimate test, i see no issue with this. ofc, i wouldnt trust our govt as far as i could throw them so ......
