I've been hearing lots of discussion in regards to it and was interesting and hearing people's thoughts on it. I've been seeing theories related to 5G, nanoparticles, vaccines, you name it. Really want to get the truth of this whole ordeal.

I think it's the same as October 3 2018. All carriers nationwide, presidential alert

I know I was on the Voat page then and everyone talked about getting it. We anticipated a big announcement from Trump (because of some early Q drop interpretations). I was at the hospital visiting my mom after her accident when it went off. Everyone, phones were buzzing and even the hospital announcement mentioned what it was..
