Yes. Typical "migraines" are from your body lacking trace elements. In this case, Magnesium. A good multi-B wouldn't hurt either. Humans today severely lack both in their diets due to "quick food"; fast food, boxed, canned, bagged freezer, etc.
These processes reduce or completely take out nutrients the body needs to function as it should. This creates things like headaches, body aches, disease, psychological issues, etc.
