Hands and feet are what actual artists have most difficulty drawing, not to mention all the art styles where people have 1 less finger/toe especially in animation because its cheaper.

So of course a computer trained off real people's work is going is also going to have difficulty generating what it thinks you want.

Better give some sauce here...not as prevalent as I thought. I think I expected more b/c first one I picked was messed up. But look at:
