If Devolution (Military Plan) is in fact true and Trump is still Commander-in-Chief (War time President - President in exile), then IMO he could not simultaneously/effectively become Speaker of the House.

Well it’s not gonna happen anyway. I mean every Democrat will vote against him. And the Republicans still have to many Rhinos. And they would need almost every Republican to vote for Trump. We ain’t there yet.
