Yes they've silently had that in for years, same in UK.

And to which the answer must be a resounding "No, the government may NOT seize private fucking anything". Politicians need a tough collective reminder that a 'government' is not a single entity, it is a bunch of you that WE appointed to do boring political stuff on OUR behalf because we don't have the time or resources to. KNOW YOUR PLACE FUCKERS.
