Political parties have their own agendas. The Constitution is supposed to be the standard by which they act on anything. Instead, they argue, bribe, and threaten to pass something that they have NO business passing. Constitutional statesmen have nothing to argue about....either they're acting lawfully (none of them are) or they are not. Nothing complicated about it.
