I got your answers; 1, declare war on ukraine for committing warcrimes against polish citizens, and crush them with nato ironically, then let russia have the scraps. 2, declass the scam and arrest all medical personnel complicit. 3, paper ballots, voter ID and same day voting ONLY. Military can record ballots for soldiers on duty beforehand. Done, and I have 0 political experience
