Yup this has been my game theory the entire past 3 years. Imagine you learn that your dad killed your mom and baby sister because an affair with the babysitter, as you were a child. Then your dad sexually abused you and your other sister your entire childhood. You want him to burn but he’s one the most powerful person in the world. Wouldn’t it be wild if he was the one that q said you wouldn’t believe who youve been talking to all this time.
This has also been my theory, and I'd like to add that it can't be easy watching your dad lionize your dead brother while treating you like the family screw-up.
ETA: I don't think Hunter is smart enough to be anywhere near Q, though. I just agree with you that the weight of his family skeletons had him willing to turn.
