Bill Cassidy appears to be a casualty of his education. Going to med school and becoming a medical doctor is difficult and a huge opportunity cost. All the emphasis on exams and schooling tends to create deficits elsewhere..... usually it is in the social life area. However, with Cassidy it is in basic economics and common sense. This guy is an inept outside of his medical background.
