I had a Charles Dickens character childhood, good with money, but only had jobs, not a career. Self-medicated with weed and suffer A.D.D. from that and/or fetal alcohol syndrome. Also PTSD from witnessing multiple domestic violence perps.

My mom was terrible with her money besides being a drunk, and had a bad taste in men. I try and street council young people with examples from my life, and occasionally I see a spark... Makes it worthwhile.
