I think it could be a great move for the Boss. Take over as speaker, start righting the ship immediately, and show the populace that things can get done, and that they can get done quickly. (Which he's done once before) All the while, showing how corrupt the shit is again, and set himself up for 2024 coming off a long string of victories for the American people, as Soth.
