Most likely a FF. This wouldn’t be the first time Israel has staged one in order the launch a “counter” attack against Palestinian civilians.

Also, this isn’t the typical MO for Palestinian militants. Usually, they attack Israeli settlers or soldiers within Palestinian territory.
