The Q plan is to show the people. I see Flynn as the cheerleader for that plan to show the people. At the same time, if the people think the military will step in when the people have reached the precipice, relying on that moment will make us complacent. Flynn does not want us to be complacent, he wants every American fighting for the survival of the country.

Flynn is smart, he is a patriot, he just has a poor delivery with his talking points. He has lived most of his life communicating in military lingo and has trouble converting that into dialog for the people. At the same time he is trying to convey a message without letting the cat out of the bag. He is trying to pull the people in a certain direction without revealing the end of the story. He struggles with that. I don't think he is nefarious. The deep state wouldn't have attacked him, forced his removal from the Trump administration if he was a plant of the DS.
