Didn't Israel say they were cutting off electricity to Gaza?

I am watching live camera view of the Gaza skyline, night-time there... and there are plenty of lights on. Looks peaceful to me.

Primary facilities all have back up generators with several day's supply of fuel. If outages persist, they have a refueling plan.

Israel has been blockading the gaza strip, deciding what goes in or out for years now. A few years back.. building materials wernt even being allowed to enter the strip.

Good luck getting anything in there now.
