At today's Military Industrial Complex prices... that $4.5 Billion should buy 2 planes, a few dozen short-range missiles and a box of ammunition.

$4.5 Billion includes $3 Billion in political payoffs, and $1.5 Billion in actual aid.

I was saying about 90% come back to the demons here. You are more optimistic about the amount of the actual aid.
